heating thermal oil boiler
Electric heating thermal oil boiler is widely used in high
temperature training, plate heating, rubber, drying, printing and
dyeing, chemical, plywood production, waterproof coil production,
asphalt heating, non-woven hot mill, glass and steel hot press,
mold, oven, oven and other hot industries.
Advantages of electric heating oil furnace:
1, more environmentally friendly, more energy-saving. Compared with
steam boilers, energy savings of 40% one 55%, the electric heating
heating oil furnace is recycled, and steam is different, steam is
used directly after discharge, residual heat can not be recovered.
2, heating stable, and accurately adjust the temperature. In the

temperature use safety, under normal pressure source heat ingress
heating to 340 degrees C without vaporization. The same zd
temperature is achieved using steam, with a saturation pressure of
14.593MPa. Hot water boiler heat transfer must be under a certain
pressure, in order to get high water temperature, such as to get
280 degrees C temperature, the pressure to reach 6.412MPa.
Therefore, the thermal oil heater safety performance is good.
